About our team
Cott’s Care Limited is a care agency with 2 decades' experience, specialising in providing support and care for you or a loved one in the comfort of your own home. We have trained care and support workers at hand to help you maintain your independence and required needs.
We are available for home care as required by you and can cover short term unexpected staff shortages within establishments.
In addition, we also provide non-care support services such as trips to appointments or small household and gardening duties.
We are trained to assist you with a variety of specialist care needs including dementia, Alzheimer’s and strokes.
Staff are regularly trained and maintain their knowledge to the required standards as outlined by the Care Quality Commission and National Standards. We are proud members of the Dementia Friends and the United Kingdom Home Care Association. We are Citation Registered, registered with the Federation of Small Businesses and also as a Living Wage Employer. We are also fully DBS checked.
Based in Cheltenham, we also cover Gloucester and Tewksbury.
The Cott's Care Story
Grace was brought up by her grandmother after she lost her parents at age four. Sadly, her grandmother also died when she was a teenager. Grace loved her grandmother so much and has always lived her life every day appreciating all she did for her including instilling good values.
Her grandmother always taught her to treat others with respect, love, empathy and care, regardless of age, race and gender.
Grace has experience in caring for children and adults with mental health and physical health needs. She also has vast amounts of experience in child minding and nannying around Europe. In the UK, Grace has worked for a variety of settings such as psychiatric hospitals, mental health establishments, secure units, residential and nursing homes as well as the community.
Grace has acquired a foundation degree in Health and Social Care Practice and in addition gained a degree in Community Health Management from the University of Gloucestershire. Grace is also currently undertaking a CMI Level 5.
With all the experience Grace has gained from a young age, work experience and education, Cott's Care has a philosophy to provide care that is not only competent, but always puts dignity, respect and confidence at the core of service users.
