Care supervisor
The care supervisor is the critical link between the client and our service. You will use your skills of analysis to turn each client’s requirements into a bespoke home care service that exceeds their expectations. If you enjoy inspiring your team and providing the very best home care and support to clients, then this exciting opportunity could be exactly what you are looking for.
Support worker
As a support worker, there’s no such a thing as a typical day – every day is interesting and varied. From providing personal care and emotional support in residential, supported living, floating support or day centre care service to supporting someone with housework or to meet up with their friend for coffee – you will be providing support that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
Our uniforms
For those that will be working in our domiciliary care services, will be provided with a smart but less formal and clinical uniform. We want our customers to be assured that our services can be delivered with the up most discretion, but still with the confidence of being able to identify our care staff (all staff will be provided with ID). We initially did a survey with some of our potential customers. 9 out of 10 preferred for our staff to turn up at their door step in a less traditional care work uniform.
